It is important to us to offer pure seasonal and local products in the restaurant, so in the summer and autumn we use home-grown herbs and vegetables from our garden on our menu, which we are particularly proud of.

We also particularly support the small farms in our neighborhood, from which we source the best local products for breakfast and the menu.

We choose - z/s Sidrabi breakfast sausages, z/s Ozoliņi organic Anna tea, Purnavu Manor venison, SOIRA artisan cheeses, z/s Krišvaldi cheese for breakfast, Dzērbene trout, z/s Karotītes organic chickens, z/s Indāni marmalades and other products.
